Founding Operations / Chief of Staff
Help build the operating system behind XEO — execution, hiring, partnerships and internal process.
Product velocity is only half of a company. This role exists so that execution, hiring, partners and decisions have a system behind them instead of living in the founder's head. This is not an executive-assistant role: the goal is to gradually take operational load off the founder and replace it with scalable internal systems you own.
Responsibilities
- Execution — making sure committed work actually lands
- Priority coordination across product, engineering and go-to-market
- Recruiting and hiring operations
- Internal processes and the systems behind them
- Partnerships and external relationships
- Fundraising operations and investor pipeline support
- Documentation of decisions, processes and company knowledge
- Meeting preparation and follow-up, with loops closed
- Project tracking and cross-functional coordination
- Operational problem solving where there is no obvious owner

We are not hiring a coordinator of other people's decisions.
Company stage & compensation
This is an early-stage, pre-funding opportunity. Cash compensation is expected following successful financing and formal company formation, subject to a separately agreed compensation arrangement. Equity terms, if offered, are determined individually based on role, experience, commitment and long-term involvement. Nothing here is a guarantee of compensation, equity or engagement.
