Business Co-Founder
Strategic Growth & Capital
XEO is looking for a business-focused Co-Founder to build the company alongside the Founder and take meaningful ownership of fundraising, strategic partnerships, investor relations, and commercial development. This is not a traditional fundraising role. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the company from the ground up — shaping capital strategy, developing long-term investor relationships, opening strategic doors, contributing to go-to-market decisions, and helping turn XEO from an early-stage product into a venture-scale company. The right person should think like an owner, operate with high autonomy, and be comfortable working in an environment where strategy and execution happen simultaneously.
Role Mission
Add a second founder-level operator on the business side of XEO, so capital strategy, investor relationships, partnerships and commercial development are genuinely owned rather than improvised.
The Founder continues to lead product vision, company direction, product development, hiring and overall execution.
What you will own
- Build and manage XEO's fundraising strategy alongside the Founder.
- Develop and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture funds, accelerators, family offices, and strategic investors.
- Identify high-value investor targets and create disciplined outreach and follow-up pipelines.
- Help continuously improve XEO's fundraising narrative, pitch materials, positioning, and investor communication.
- Participate directly in investor meetings and fundraising conversations.
- Build strategic relationships across the AI, advertising, commerce, SaaS, and startup ecosystems.
- Identify partnerships that can accelerate distribution, product development, customer acquisition, or fundraising.
- Support accelerator and venture-program applications.
- Help develop XEO's commercial strategy and early go-to-market motion.
- Participate in major company decisions as a founding-level operator.
- Help prepare XEO for future institutional financing.
- Build systems and processes around investor relations rather than treating fundraising as one-off outreach.

What matters more than pedigree
- Understands early-stage venture financing and can communicate credibly with sophisticated investors.
- Builds real relationships rather than simply sending cold emails.
- Understands how fundraising narratives evolve as company evidence improves.
- Strong written and verbal communication; can independently research investors, markets and strategic opportunities.
- Understands basic startup economics, capitalization, SAFEs, dilution and venture financing.
- Can operate without a large support organization, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Extremely high personal accountability, and can challenge the Founder constructively.
- Wants to build XEO for years, not participate in a short fundraising project.
About XEO
XEO is building an AI-native advertising intelligence and execution platform for small businesses.
Instead of starting with an advertising platform, XEO starts by understanding the business — its products, customers, goals, economics, constraints, and available evidence.
XEO then uses that context to recommend advertising decisions, explain why they make sense, measure outcomes, and progressively execute approved actions across advertising platforms.
Our long-term objective is to create an independent intelligence and execution layer between businesses and advertising platforms.

What this role is not
This is not:
- A commission-only fundraising position
- An investor-introduction service
- A fundraising consultant role
- A short-term business development contract
- A passive advisory position
- A role where success means simply producing a list of investors
We are looking for a genuine founding-level partner who wants to help build the company.
What success looks like — first 90 days
- Develop a structured understanding of XEO, its product, market, roadmap, and fundraising strategy.
- Audit and improve the existing investor pipeline.
- Build a prioritized investor map.
- Establish a disciplined investor relationship and follow-up process.
- Participate in investor conversations with the Founder.
- Identify strategic partnerships relevant to XEO.
- Help strengthen the fundraising narrative using actual product and customer evidence.
What success looks like — 6–12 months
- Help XEO successfully navigate its pre-seed financing process.
- Establish durable relationships with relevant investors and ecosystem partners.
- Build repeatable fundraising and investor-relations infrastructure.
- Contribute materially to commercial strategy and company development.
- Become a trusted second founder-level decision maker on the business side of XEO.
Founding commitment
This is a founding-level opportunity with meaningful equity.
The final structure will reflect the candidate's experience, commitment, scope of ownership, and long-term contribution to XEO.
We are looking for someone prepared to make a genuine long-term commitment to building the company.
We are looking for a co-founder, not a capital introducer.
Company stage & compensation
This is an early-stage, pre-funding opportunity. Cash compensation is expected following successful financing and formal company formation, subject to a separately agreed compensation arrangement. Equity terms, if offered, are determined individually based on role, experience, commitment and long-term involvement. Nothing here is a guarantee of compensation, equity or engagement.
